- Get a loan pre-approval, we can assist you with this. Being pre-approved for your maximum purchase price means you are ready to seal the deal when you find something you like.
- Get to know the areas you are looking to buy in. Research suburb statistics including comparable sales, price growth history, look into any future infrastructure plans, shops and schools etc.
- Get to know the agents in that area. Make them see that you are a serious buyer, who is finance ready and prepared to seal a deal.
