At Your Future First we don’t charge any fees for our services. We are paid commission by lenders for bringing them business. This has no impact on loan rates or change the level of service we give our clients. By introducing new business to banks, lenders are saving money on business operations costs associated with acquiring and retaining customers.

Paperwork

Part of our responsibility in lending practices is to verify your identity, while making a reasonable enquiry into your financial situation. Trust that your details are treated with confidence and privacy, as outlined in our privacy policy.

Here is the documentation you will need to have ready for us:

    • 100 points of ID – Drivers’ license, Passport, and Medicare card
    • 2 most recent pay slips, and a recent PAYG summary or, ATO Notice of Assessment (if PAYG / Salaried)
    • Last 2 years tax return and ATO notice of Assessment if self-employed (sole trader / Company)
    • 3 months recent account statements showing salary credits, and saving statements (if purchasing)
    • 6 months recent home loan statements (if refinancing)
    • Latest council rates notice (if refinancing)
    • Most recent months statement for all other bank accounts, credits, personal loans, car loans etc.
    • Most recent Superannuation fund statement
    • Most recent Life insurance and Income Insurance Policy statement.

We also will require more documentation depending on your situation.
